Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology (NASDAQ: BHAT) announced it reached an agreement to provide Augmented Reality Immersive Classes (ARIC) in Guangzhou for a three-year period, sending its stocks up 9.21% today, closed at 89 cents.
The producer, developer and operator of augmented reality interactive entertainment games, toys and educational materials said in today’s announcement that it aims to deliver ARIC to 320 preschools in Guangzhou.
It plans to start its strategic expansion in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the company added.
Xiaodong Chen, the chief executive officer of Blue Hat, said, “This agreement allows us to further strengthen our market presence in the education sector, which along with augmented reality toys and games, are the three main pillars of Blue Hat's business model. Our ARIC products have been well received since they were introduced to the market.”
Looking forward, Chen added, “We are continuing to seek further collaborative measures to maximize the benefits of the Tongsheng Education relationship.”
